Job Types:     Permanent, Full-time

Salary:     £30,000 – £45,000 per year 

Working Pattern:     40h per week, Mon – Fri

Work Location:     In Person – Fareham/Ilton: reliably commute or plan to relocate (required)

Region Covered:     Hampshire, Bristol & surrounding counties

Experience:     Electrical Estimator: 2 years (required), 

Diploma of Higher Education (required)

We are seeking an Electrical Estimator to work from either our Head Office in Fareham or our South West office in Ilton. And join our existing team as we continue to expand within the hospitality, hotel, and public procurement sectors.

The successful candidate will play a key role in estimating for projects ranging from sub-£1,000 minor works to large-scale refurbishments exceeding £800,000.

A successful candidate will have:

  • HNC/Degree in Quantity Surveying or a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar estimating role.
  • Strong understanding of cost estimating, pricing methodologies, and tendering processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Full, clean UK driving licence (essential).
  • Knowledge of BCIS or SPONS pricing methodology (advantageous but not essential).
