Based at our Fareham office, you will be responsible for ensuring fleet compliance, minimising downtime, and improving operational efficiency.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Contracts Manager to join Hi-Tech Property Services Ltd, leading refurbishment and construction projects across the South of England. The role demands strong construction management expertise, ensuring projects meet deadlines, budgets, and the highest safety and quality standards.

Job Types:     Permanent, Full-time

Salary:     £35k, – £40k per year 

Working Pattern:     40h per week, Mon – Fri

Work Location:    Fareham (Office-based)

Region Covered:     Hampshire, Bristol & surrounding counties

Experience:    Fleet Manager: 2 years (required), 

Diploma of Higher Education (required)
