This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Floor Layer to join Hi-Tech Property Services Ltd, working on a variety of commercial refurbishment and flooring projects across Southern England. This role involves installing safety flooring, commercial vinyl, and carpets in pubs, hotels, restaurants, and other hospitality venues.

Salary: £18.00-£20.00 per hour

Working Pattern: No less than 40 hours a week, 8 hour shifts

Work Location: Mobile

Region Covered: Hampshire & surrounding counties

We are looking for a skilled Floor Layer to join our expanding team, delivering expert flooring solutions for a range of commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities:

Travel to customer sites for installations and repairs.
Install safety flooring, including cap & cove and flat lay techniques.
Lay commercial vinyl flooring such as Karndean, Amtico, and Polyflor.
Carry out carpet installations to a high standard.
Survey, measure, and cost jobs, liaising with Estimators and Site Supervisors.
Order materials and maintain supplier relationships.
Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
Maintain a polite, customer-focused approach.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in flooring (required).
Cap & cove installation experience (essential).
Strong knowledge of flooring installation techniques and materials.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Full UK driving licence (required).
