Statutory Compliance Contract
A large UK pub group needed to regain control of compliance across more than 100 properties. The first step was establishing a reliable baseline.
You cannot manage compliance if you cannot see it.
The client had grown to more than 100 properties and openly acknowledged that it had lost a clear picture of estate compliance.
Previous work had been delivered through an agent and a network of subcontractors, creating inconsistency in quality and information.
Hi-Tech began with consultation and a full gap analysis to establish regulatory requirements, current position and the work needed to close the gaps.
Baseline first. Mobilise second. Improve continuously.
Servicing specifications were reviewed and a mobilisation plan was developed around the customer.
The baseline showed around 35% of tests in date and overall compliance of roughly 29% for life-threatening tasks, creating a clear starting point for improvement.
The project was planned around the property, the customer and the operational environment.
The work in context.
Project imagery from the original case-study media set, used throughout the refreshed layout.
From uncertainty to a comprehensive estate view.
Around a year into the contract, the customer had a much clearer picture of compliance across the estate.
That visibility allowed budgets to be targeted where they were most needed while supporting confidence that statutory requirements were being managed.
