Hi-Tech Property Services was established in 2003. What began as a property maintenance and construction business has developed into a broad commercial property-services operation supporting customers across maintenance, compliance, technical services and project delivery.
Our approach is deliberately joined-up. Rather than asking customers to coordinate a long list of separate contractors, we bring together tradespeople, engineers, surveyors, project teams, support functions and specialist capability to take ownership of the work from initial instruction through to completion.
That breadth is supported by our regional office network in Fareham, Havant, Ilton and Tavistock, alongside specialist facilities such as our bespoke joinery workshop in Fareham.
