A Bespoke Bar for The Lord Nelson
A made-to-measure new bar for an established Yeovil pub, designed in 3D, manufactured by Hi-Tech's joinery team and installed as part of a coordinated refresh.
The bar was overdue for a refresh. The replacement had to fit the pub, not a catalogue.
The Lord Nelson is an established Yeovil pub with a loyal customer base, but the existing bar area needed renewal.
Hi-Tech's design team developed the replacement using 3D modelling so the client could understand the proposed layout and finish before manufacture.
The bar and shelving were then manufactured by the in-house carpentry and joinery team.
Design it digitally. Build it in the workshop. Coordinate it on site.
Once the old bar was stripped out, plumbing was remapped and flooring relaid ready for the new installation.
Carpenters installed the bespoke joinery, electricians completed bar lighting and decorators brought the surrounding finishes together.
The project was planned around the property, the customer and the operational environment.
The work in context.
Project imagery from the original case-study media set, used throughout the refreshed layout.
A bespoke new centrepiece delivered ahead of schedule.
The completed bar gave the venue a refreshed focal point designed specifically around the property.
Because design, manufacture and site trades were coordinated within the same team, the installation progressed efficiently and was completed ahead of programme.
