There is no single route into Hi-Tech—and no fixed direction your career has to follow once you are here.

Our team includes apprentices, qualified tradespeople, engineers, coordinators, estimators, project teams, supervisors and operational managers.

Some joined with years of industry experience. Others began in trainee or administrative positions and developed into completely different roles as their confidence and knowledge grew.

Apprentice to Minor Works Estimator

Marcus joined Hi-Tech as an apprentice service administrator. As his understanding of customers, job delivery and building maintenance developed, he progressed through service coordination and into minor works estimating.

A first step into the industry became the foundation for a wider commercial career.
