Hi-Tech Property Services is an established commercial property maintenance, compliance and refurbishment contractor supporting multi-site customers across the UK.

Diagnose, repair and improve commercial water, pipework and sanitary systems across occupied customer properties.

What you’ll be doing

• Diagnose leaks, pressure issues, hot-water faults and sanitaryware problems.
• Complete commercial plumbing repairs, replacements and installation works.
• Investigate underlying system issues rather than repeatedly treating symptoms.
• Support planned pipework, water-system and refurbishment projects.
• Provide clear technical notes, photographs and follow-on recommendations.
• Minimise disruption while working in active hospitality and commercial properties.

What we’re looking for

• Strong practical plumbing experience.
• Good fault-finding across commercial or multi-site properties.
• The ability to complete neat, durable repairs and installations.
• A professional and customer-focused approach.
• Relevant plumbing qualifications are desirable.
• A full UK driving licence.
