Hi-Tech Property Services is an established commercial property maintenance, compliance and refurbishment contractor supporting multi-site customers across the UK.

Deliver fault-finding, installation, testing and remedial works as part of an experienced NICEIC-accredited electrical department.

What you’ll be doing

• Carry out commercial electrical fault-finding, repairs and installations.
• Complete inspection, testing and remedial works where appropriately qualified.
• Support condition reporting, load studies and planned upgrade programmes.
• Work across occupied hospitality, retail and commercial premises.
• Produce accurate certification, job notes, photographs and materials information.
• Coordinate with project managers, supervisors and other in-house trades.

What we’re looking for

• Recognised electrical qualifications and relevant practical experience.
• Current knowledge of electrical regulations and safe working practices.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving ability.
• A professional, customer-focused approach.
• A full UK driving licence.
• Inspection and testing qualifications are advantageous.
